Monoflex High Range 4x4 Trailer hitch

The old trailer hitch was getting rusty and worn, and I wanted a trailer hitch with detachable hook, so it was time for a change.

The installation was pretty straight forward, so I wont go into too much detail. I had good help from a buddy in the local Jeep club. It's just a matter of removing the old and installing the new trailer hitch. The Monoflex trailer hitch was pretty similar to the old one, attachment-wise.

I was impressed by how sturdy and rugged the Monoflex trailer hitch was. And with a detachable hook I wouldn't have to worry about it hitting stuff like rocks out in the terrain.

The Monoflex trailer hitch came with a very handy mounting kit for storing the hook inside the car. We fastened the mounting kit to the old spare tire mount, since I wasn't using it anyway.
